Our code of conduct is the foundation of our commitment to our core value of integrity. It helps members of our organization recognize potential issues and provides clear direction so they can be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Additionally, it outlines key pillars to foster a culture of compliance, so we can prevent potential issues from arising in the first place.

This commitment and dedication to being ethical benefits our hardworking farmer-owners and helps cultivate a community bound by shared values.  The choices we make affect our farmer-owners, and it is our responsibility to act with integrity — for everyone, every day, every way.
